Zhenghe Logistics: The Trusted Route for What to Lock Down Before Chinese New Year

Why early coordination matters more than speed before CNY shutdowns.
Chinese New Year does not slow shipments gradually. It stops them suddenly. Factories close. Trucking capacity drops. Warehouses run lean. Space disappears fast. The biggest risk before CNY is not transit time. It is poor preparation.
Here is what you need to lock down early.
First, vessel and flight space. Demand spikes weeks before factory closures. Waiting too long forces premium rates or missed sailings. Secure space early or plan split shipments to reduce risk.
Second, warehouse slots and cut off timing. Warehouses tighten schedules before CNY. Late arrivals often miss receiving windows and incur extra storage or rehandling. Confirm slot timing before cargo moves.
Third, trucking availability. Fewer drivers work close to the holiday. Last minute truck bookings fail more often than shippers expect. Lock trucking early and align pickup timing with cargo release.
The real issue is coordination. Before CNY, forwarder, warehouse, and trucker must run on the same timeline. When updates drift, delays multiply fast and costs rise with no recovery window.
