We fulfilled orders shipping within Singapore, you can return the items within 7 days of receipt of delivery, if found faulty items. We are happy to accept returns of product that are delivered damaged or product faulty. If you need to return faulty item, please contact us for assistance.

Because we already offer the best prices and FREE delivery, we unable to accept returns if you simply change your mind and decide that you no longer want the items we've delivered.

Where possible, please notify us of faulty items by contacting us or email within 7 days from the receipt of delivery.

* Faulty items must be returned in their original packaging, but must be packaged appropriately to avoid damage during the return process.

* We will do item replacements instead of refund.

If you are holding an event and required large quantities with best price, you need to call our team for quotation.

DELIVERY

Orders made before 4.00pm will be delivered the next 2 days working days.

Orders made after this cut-off time will be delivered the next 3 days working days.

You need a minimum purchase of 5 cartons or $80 for Free Delivery.

Otherwise, delivery charges will incur $10 per destination.

Delivery hours are between 10.00am to 6.00pm, 5 days working days.
